The 2021 Lexus GX will be retaining its attractive look and engine while featuring some decent updates. This is indeed good news to all Lexus lovers around the globe. The lineup trims will comprise Base, Premium and Luxury grades.
The newly introduced Premium Package Plus will add extra gear and other features such as Mark Levinson premium audio system, third-row seats and navigation system. The Premium and Premium Plus Package will also feature 18-inch silver wheels and heated wood-trimmed steering wheel, while the acoustic front side glass and Amazon Alexa Compatibility will be made available on all trims.
The newly updated 2021 Lexus GX will be powered by V8 4.6-liter engine with a generative output of 301 horsepower and 329 pound feet of torque, with an impressive 6.500 towing capability. The automaker has also made available low range 4-wheel drive system, limited-slip center differential on this new model.
Customers will also enjoy the Off-Road Package, introduced on the previous model in 2019. This new package will be offered on top-ranging trim, with new equipment such as fuel tank protector, transmission cooler, Panoramic View and Multi-Terrain Monitors, and Crawl Control.
All the lineup trims will enjoy the Safety System+ suite as standard such as Lane Departure Alert, Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Intelligent High Beams and High-Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control.
For its exterior look, customers are offered options of 6 colours. These include Atomic Silver, Nebula Gray Pearl, Black Onyx, Claret Mica, Nightfall Mica and Starfire Pearl.
The starting price for the 2021 Lexus GX base trim will start at $53,100. The GX 460 Premium will be sold for $55,890 while the GX 460 Luxury will go for a retail price of $64,365.
